Who we are
Our website is: http://levigal.pt.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site, the page automatically collects the data shown on the comment form and also the visitor’s IP address and the browser user agent string to help detect spam.
If you upload images to the site, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (GPS EXIF) included. Visitors to the site can download and extract any image location data from the site.
If you leave a comment on our site, you can choose to save your name, email address and page in cookies. These are for your convenience, so you don’t need to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last one year.
If you have an account and log in to this page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set various cookies to save your login information and your on-screen display options. Login cookies last two days and screen option cookies last a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for a fortnight. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie does not include personal data and simply indicates the ID of the post you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
Embedded content from other sites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles etc.). The embedded content of other pages behaves in the same way as if the visitor had visited other pages.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and your meta-data will be retained indefinitely. This is so that we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically, rather than keeping them in a moderation queue.
For users who register on our site (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except that they cannot change their username). The page administrators can also view and edit this information.
What rights do you have to your data
If you have an account on this page or have left comments, you may request that we receive an export file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we delete any personal data we have about you. This does not include data that we are required to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Visitors’ comments can be checked via an automated spam detection service.
How we protect your data
All your data is kept within protected systems and properly encrypted.
What data breach procedures are in place
In case of data breaches with risk to the user, we will obligatorily notify the National Data Protection Commission within 72 hours.
If this data breach poses a high risk to the user, the user will also be notified. All the preventive procedures will be taken in conjunction with the General Data Protection Regulation
